Legal Environment of Business ACCT 2140
3 CreditsIntroduces law and its relationship to business. Topics include: legal ethics, legal processes, business contracts, business torts and crimes, real and personal property, agency and employment, risk-bearing devices, and Uniform Commercial Code.
Course Transfer Information: ACCT 2140 will transfer to South Georgia State College (SGSC) as equivalent for BUSA 2270. See the SGSC General Studies & General Business Transfer Agreement for more information.
