Employer Services

Employer Services maximizes employment and internship opportunities for its students and alumni by offering a range of services to facilitate recruitment of prospective candidates, including, not limited to, job/internship postings, on-campus recruiting, career fairs, and information sessions. We require that any recruiting organization utilizing these services must agree to the Employer Terms and Conditions and must abide by all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including Equal Employment Opportunity laws, Wiregrass Georgia Technical College rules and regulations, and the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Principles for Employment Professionals.

Posting Student Employment Opportunities

Approved student employment opportunities will be posted to the Wiregrass Online Job Center and submitted to students and faculty members via their Wiregrass email address. Once posted, positions can be viewed by current students and graduates. Posting a position is free of charge, however all employers must abide by the Employer Terms and Conditions.

On-Campus Recruitment/Interviews

One of the most effective methods for recruiting students and alumni is to develop and maintain a visible presence on campus. Our goal is to facilitate an efficient and well-managed recruiting process that provides a rewarding experience to all our constituents. Participation in on-campus recruitment is a privilege, and comes with certain ethical expectations and responsibilities listed below and in accordance with the Principles of Professional Conduct for Career Services Professionals outlined by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). Please be sure to review the Employer Terms and Conditions.

Employers who recruit, post jobs, attend career fairs, host information sessions or presentations at Wiregrass Georgia Technical College must adhere to federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws as well as the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Principles for Employment Professionals.
