Wiregrass is bringing your earned credential into the future! We are partnering with Parchment Services to provide our graduates with not only mailing your degree or diploma to your home, but also providing you a digital copy. Beginning Fall Semester 2021, graduates will receive their degrees and diplomas directly from Parchment. After graduating, Parchment will mail a copy of your highest credential straight to you. Imagine no longer having to travel to the campus to pick up your degree or diploma! Graduates will also receive a digital credential that can be shared on social media or sent electronically to future employers and other colleges. Graduates will also be able to request reprints of their credentials through Parchment.

Also beginning Fall Semester 2021, Wiregrass Georgia Technical College will charge a $40.00 non-refundable Graduation Fee to graduate candidates and, if you apply early, the fee can be paid with your financial aid award! The fee will be applied once per individual program and will cover the cost of participating in the Commencement Ceremony and the new Parchment Graduation Services. Dual Enrollment students will not be charged, unless they elect to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.

Students wishing to participate in the Commencement Ceremony will apply online to confirm their attendance. Dual Enrollment or other students who were not charged the Graduation Fee will need to pay the $40.00 Commencement Participation fee at the bookstore.
