Pay your tuition and fees online!

OPTION 1 - Pay in Full

(NOTE: this option is not for enrollment in a payment plan. See Option 2 below.)

Payments may be paid in full by electronic check, debit card, or credit card Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

The due date for payment of Fall term tuition and fees is Monday August 20, 2018 by 1 p.m. Students should ensure their financial aid is in order. Remember, fees may be paid in the bookstore, online, or you may set up a payment plan through Nelnet Business Solutions by this date to prevent being dropped from courses. The payment plan option reopened for Fall term on June 18, 2018 and is available until September 4, 2018. Students are encouraged to sign up as early as possible to get the best payment options. Please contact the Financial Aid Office if you have any questions.

For your convenience, payments may be made by electronic check, debit card, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) online at https://banweb.wiregrass.edu. Payment deadlines for each semester are as follows:

Fall 2018 1 p.m. August 20, 2018 – to avoid being dropped 1 p.m. September 25, 2018 – to avoid being dropped.

To avoid being dropped for non-payment, students must pay in full or sign up for the payment plan option prior to the payment deadlines listed above. Students who are dropped for non-payment have the option of being re-registered by making full payment or upon confirmation of having enrolled in a payment plan by the final deadline dates listed below.

To pay full tuition and fees online (not a payment plan):

  • Go to myCampus and click on myBanWeb
  • Login under Current Students
  • Sign in with User Name and Password (use student ID for both)
  • Pay Tuition and Fees Online
  • Choose term you want to pay and follow instructions.

Tuition and fees may also be paid in person at the Bookstore at any of our four campus locations.

OPTION 2 - Sign up for Payment Plan through Nelnet Business Solutions

Wiregrass Georgia Technical College offers students a payment plan option through Nelnet Business Solutions for a small enrollment fee of $30, $35 or $40. A minimum down payment is required with the remaining balance due in 2, 3, or 4 monthly installments. The amount of the down payment, number of monthly payments, and the enrollment fee are determined by the date of enrollment in the plan. Click for more information on the payment plan option. To avoid being dropped for non-payment, students must pay in full or sign up for the payment plan option prior to the payment deadlines listed below. To sign up for the Payment Plan:

  • Go to myCampus, then click on myBanWeb
  • Login under Current Students
  • Sign in with User Name and Password (use student ID for both)
  • Tuition Payment Plan
  • Click Next Step on the e-Cashier site and follow instructions.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Financial Assistance may be available through the Wiregrass Georgia Technical College Foundations through scholarships or emergency funds to help students with tuition & fees and the cost of books and supplies.
