The Impact of Giving

Group of students who received scholarships from Foundation South. While Wiregrass Tech is ranked among the most affordable post-secondary options, many students still have out-of-pocket expenses which are often difficult for them to provide. Those financial difficulties not only reduce their chances of graduating, but also make it more difficult for local businesses to hire qualified employees. That in turn has an impact on our economy. Similarly, there is significant cost involved in purchasing and maintaining high tech, cutting edge equipment for programs at Wiregrass. Up to date equipment is a necessity for training the workforce of the 21st century. By supporting Wiregrass with your donations, you can make a difference in the quality of education of Wiregrass, the lives of students and their families, businesses and industries, and the economy. Your donations benefit all of us and you can feel great about investing in the future of our community. You may give to one or both foundations and may direct your gifts to be used at specific campus locations, for specific programs, for specific scholarships, or for other needs. Contact us for details. We are happy to help.
